As a pastor with many years experience,
I think I may be well qualified for the position of senior pastor that was brought to my attention via the internet outlining
your church and need. You will see from the enclosed resume that I have pastored a number of churches. In each case I was
able to raise the spiritual standards of the church, increase its effectiveness as a positive witness for Christ (in one case,
my current pastorate, doubling Sunday school attendance), and attracting new members in significant numbers.
Having met and exceeded my goals in my present position, I want to challenge myself with a more demanding
position. The Lord's church at your location appeals to me very much as this type of challenge.

SIN? IN OTHER WORDS, WOULD YOU HIRE KING DAVID OR APOSTLE PAUL AS YOUR NEW PREACHER/MINISTER?
WHY NOT?! GOD DID AND ALLOWED THEM TO SERVE HIM. EVEN THOUGH DAVID WAS A MURDERER
AND ADULTERER, GOD SAID BECAUSE OF DAVID'S SPIRITUAL ATTRIBUTES THAT " ‘I found David the
son of Jesse, a man in-accordance-with My heart,
who will do all My desires’. " (Acts 13:22)
2. DO YOU INTEND
TO DIG INTO THE NEW MINISTER'S PAST TO HUNT FOR SIN? AND DO YOU ALL ALLOW THE MINITSTER
TO DIG INTO YOUR (ELDERS, DEACONS, MEMBERS) PAST TO FIND SIN? OR DO YOU OBEY MY LORD AND KING WHEN HE COMMANDED
US. Jesus replied, “No one who puts a hand to the plow and LOOKS
BACK is fit for service in the kingdom of God.” (Luke 9:62)
3. DO YOU BELIEVE THAT ALL SINS ARE
COVERED BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST OR DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUNISH A CHRISTIAN OR NON-CHRISTIAN
OR PASTER, PREACHER, DEACON, MEMBER? DO YOU TRULY BELIEVE THAT EVERY LAST ONE OF
YOU IN THE CHURCH IS A "SINNER" WHO SINS EVERY DAY AND NEEDS THE BLOOD OF CHRIST FOR THERE
IS POWER IN THE BLOOD TO FORGIVE? THE LORD MAKES IT CLEAR THAT EVEN THE SINS YOU CONSIDER
LARGE AND UNFORGIVABLE TO BE COVERED WITH THE BLOOD OF CHRIST WHEN WE REPENT AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS. WE NEED TO
FORCUS MORE ON INDIVIDUAL'S SPIRITUAL GROWTH INSTEAD OF BEING A COLD CASE FILE DETECTIVE
TRYING TO DIG UP DIRT. THE LORD SAYS, "But
if we are walking in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of
Jesus His Son cleanses us from ALL sin. " (I John 1:7)
4. LET'S PUT IT TOGETHER:
ARE YOU A DOWN TO EARTH GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT ARE HUMBLE AND DO NOT THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN THOSE IN THE
WORLDLY COMMUNITY AROUND YOU? ARE YOU A CHURCH THAT CONTINUALLY WALKS FORWARD WITH THEIR
HANDS ON THE BLOW, NEVER LOOKING BACK ON ANYONE'S SINS BUT MOVE FORWARD TO SPIRITUAL GROWTH
AND BRINGING OTHERS TO JESUS? ARE YOU A CHURCH THAT SHOWS THE LOVE OF THE LORD FOR THE
LOST IN EACH PERSON?

ARE YOU A CHURCH THAT BELIEVES THEY DO NOT KNOW IT ALL IN SCRIPTURE? ARE YOU A CHURCH THAT
HAS A OPEN MIND BECAUSE KNOWING GOD'S WILL IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PERSONAL PRIDE IN WHAT
THEY HAVE BEEN TAUGHT IN THE PAST? 6. DO YOU BELIEVE
IN ALL THE ELEMENTS OF GOD'S PLAN TO SAVE US: CROSS, BELIEVE, REPENT, CONFESS, BAPTISM,
GRACE, BLOOD, ETC......?
7. PRAY THAT GOD WILL
BRING US TOGETHER TO "MAKE DISCIPLES" FOR HIM AS OUR ONLY FOCUS. GOD BLESS.

GOD DID! TO SEND AWAY A MAN OF GOD LIKE DAVID, PAUL OR ME ASSUMING GOD HAS NOT FORGIVEN THEM IS A SINFUL REJECTION IN GOD'S
EYES! GOD'S POWER IS MADE PERFECT IN A MINISTER'S OR CHURCH MEMBER'S WEAKNESS.! BEFORE YOU THROW A ROCK, REMEMBER "for
ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 8:7), ALL of us EVERY DAY sin
in thoughts and actions! That is why we need the continual cleansing of the BLOOD OF CHRIST to make us who again. (I John
1:7)
Now.....let me ask again. Would you hire David or Paul as your Preacher/Pastor/Minister? Then you will be doing
the same by hiring me. I too am a man who is a Sinful Man but Loves The Lord and My King with my mind, body, spirit and soul.
All that I am belongs to Jesus! Amen!!

To Obey The Lord's Command To You, "Making Disciples" It is in the present tense which would be translated, "Continually Make
Disciples". Well? Are You?
My
Beliefs
1. I believe
in one God, Creator of all things, holy, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in a loving unity of three equally divine
Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Having limitless knowledge and sovereign power, God has graciously purposed
from eternity to redeem a people for Himself and to make all things new for His own glory.
The
Bible
2. I believe
that God has spoken in the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, through the words of human authors. As the verbally inspired
Word of God, the Bible is without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for salvation, and the
ultimate authority by which every realm of human knowledge and endeavor should be judged. Therefore, it is to be believed
in all that it teaches, obeyed in all that it requires, and trusted in all that it promises.
The
Human Condition
3. I believe that God created Adam and Eve in His image, but they sinned when tempted
by Satan. In union with Adam, human beings are sinners by nature and by choice, alienated from God, and under His wrath. Only
through God’s saving work in Jesus Christ can we be rescued, reconciled and renewed.
Jesus
Christ
4. I believe
that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man, one Person in two natures. Jesus--Israel’s promised Messiah--was
conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father as our High Priest and Advocate.
The
Work of Christ
5. I believe that Jesus Christ, as our representative and substitute, shed His blood
on the cross as the perfect, all-sufficient sacrifice for our sins. His atoning death and victorious resurrection constitute
the only ground for salvation.
The Holy Spirit
6. I believe that the Holy Spirit, in all that He does, glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ. He convicts
the world of its guilt. He regenerates sinners, and in Him they are baptized into union with Christ and adopted as heirs in
the family of God. He also indwells, illuminates, guides, equips and empowers believers for Christ-like living and service.
The Church
7. I believe that the
true church comprises all who have been justified by God’s grace through faith alone in Christ alone. They are united
by the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ, of which He is the Head. The true church is manifest in local churches, whose membership
should be composed only of believers. The Lord Jesus mandated two ordinances, baptism and the Lord’s Supper, which visibly
and tangibly express the gospel. Though they are not the means of salvation, when celebrated by the church in genuine faith,
these ordinances confirm and nourish the believer.
Christian Living
8. I believe that God’s
justifying grace must not be separated from His sanctifying power and purpose. God commands us to love Him supremely and others
sacrificially, and to live out our faith with care for one another, compassion toward the poor and justice for the oppressed.
With God’s Word, the Spirit’s power, and fervent prayer in Christ’s name, we are to combat the spiritual
forces of evil. In obedience to Christ’s commission, we are to make disciples among all people, always bearing witness
to the gospel in word and deed.
Christ’s Return
9. I believe in the personal, bodily and premillennial return
of our Lord Jesus Christ. The coming of Christ, at a time known only to God, demands constant expectancy and, as our blessed
hope, motivates the believer to godly living, sacrificial service and energetic mission.
Response and
Eternal Destiny
10. I believe that God commands everyone everywhere to believe the gospel by turning to Him in repentance
and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that God will raise the dead bodily and judge the world, assigning the unbeliever
to condemnation and eternal conscious punishment and the believer to eternal blessedness and joy with the Lord in the new
heaven and the new earth, to the praise of His glorious grace. Amen.
